Create a Document
Anyone in a space can create a new document.
To create a new document:
- Open the space where you want to create the document.
- Click on the Documents & Files tool.
- Click the Add button in the top left corner.
- Select New Document.
- Give your document a name and add your content.
- Click Submit to save your document.
Notifying people about the new document#
Before you submit the document, you can choose to notify people in the space about the new document. By default, everyone in the space will be notified about the new document.
You can choose to notify specific people in the space by selecting Only these people I select and then selecting the people you want to notify.
Alternatively, you can choose No one to not notify anyone about the new document.
