Operately v1.10

KPIs, Five New Languages, Public Document Sharing, and more

Operately v1.10 is here. Track your team’s key numbers with KPIs, use Operately in your preferred language, and share documents with people outside your workspace through a public link.

KPIs: Track your team’s key numbers#

KPIs are now available to everyone. Track the numbers your team watches regularly, such as revenue, customer satisfaction, or website traffic, alongside the goals and projects in your space.

Choose a weekly or monthly cadence, assign a champion, and log values to see how a metric changes over time. Add annotations to explain changes on the chart, discuss individual updates, and correct or remove a value when needed.

See Introduction to KPIs and Log a KPI update.

Five new languages: Use Operately in your preferred language#

Operately is now available in Brazilian Portuguese, German, French, Spanish, and Russian, alongside English. Choose your language in Settings to use it across the interface and notification emails.

Each person can choose their own language, so teammates can work together in the same company while using different languages. Content written by your team stays as it was written.

Learn how to change your language in Personal settings.

Public document sharing: Share documents outside your workspace#

You can now share a published document with anyone through a public link. Readers can view the document and its attachments without signing in or joining your company.

The link always shows the latest version, so you can keep a guide or reference document up to date without sending a new copy. Disable public sharing whenever you want to stop access.

See Share a document publicly.

Additional improvements#

This release includes a number of smaller improvements that make day-to-day work easier:

Tables and task lists: Add tables and checkboxes anywhere you write rich text in Operately. See Format text and embed images.

Clearer links: Anywhere you write rich text, supported Operately URLs are recognized and displayed with the resource’s title.

Change your email: You can now change your sign-in email. See Change your email.

Easier draft discovery: Find your document drafts across folders from Your drafts in Docs & Files.

Expanded AI and CLI support: Connected AI clients can manage goal checklist items and numeric targets. Both MCP and the CLI accept Markdown tables when writing content. See Write Markdown content with the CLI.
